Terms and Cancellation Policy

NXTU Training currently offers 60-minute private personal training with Vadim in solo and duo formats. Training takes place at SportCity Amsterdam RAI. Access details are shared after intake/onboarding.

One credit books one available 60-minute session. An intake request is only a request to discuss fit and next steps. It is not a booking, contract, account approval, or payment.

Current package prices are shown on the Pricing page. All prices are final client prices, including VAT where applicable. Online payment is supported after NXTU confirms your package and client account. Payment and credit activation are confirmed by NXTU.

• Solo first session: €80.
• Solo 6-session package: €450 (€75 per session).
• Solo 12-session package: €840 (€70 per session).
• Duo first session: €120 total (€60 per person).
• Duo 6-session package: €660 total (€55 per person, per session).
• Duo 12-session package: €1,200 total (€50 per person, per session).

• Single-session credit: valid for 4 weeks.
• 6-session package: valid for 10 weeks.
• 12-session package: valid for 16 weeks.

The start of the applicable validity period is the purchase or credit activation date confirmed by NXTU.

Credits do not receive automatic extensions. NXTU may approve an extension manually in an exceptional case requested before the credits expire. Expired credits are normally not extended or refunded.

• Cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours before the session start time and the credit stays available.
• Cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of the session start time and one credit is used.
• A no-show uses one credit.

Purchased PT credits are normally non-refundable once payment is completed. A refund may be considered only in an exceptional case before any credits from the purchase are used. Used credits, late cancellations, and no-shows are not refundable. Unused credits cannot be exchanged for cash after their validity period expires.

Credits are personal to the client account that purchased them and are not automatically transferable. NXTU may approve a transfer manually only in an exceptional case. Duo credits are for the agreed duo package and pair and are not automatically transferable.

V1 public intake and private training are for adults aged 18+ only.

Personal training is not medical treatment or a medical assessment. Tell Vadim about relevant limitations before training and seek appropriate professional advice where necessary.

Training outcomes depend on many individual factors. NXTU does not guarantee specific fitness, health, body-composition, or performance results.

Nutrition coaching, automated workout programming, public account creation, external calendar integration, and automated appointment messages are not included in the current private training offer. Client portal access and online payment are available only after NXTU onboarding and account setup.
